You will also have more than 100 fully-customizable modular house plans at your disposal. Reference to the concept plan or a completed modular floorplan will allow us to prepare a preliminary cost estimate that can be used for lending purposes.
Traditional Stick Built or Modular
When building a new house it’s a good idea to also consider modular construction. While the price of stick-built and modular construction is relatively the same, modular construction can offer greater quality control and can typically be built in half the time. Read our web page that compares the differences of Traditional vs Modular construction. We have established relationships with several superb modular home manufacturers all of whom are committed to quality and collectively offer a wide range of house styles. Having worked with each of them and fully endorse them. Visit our Gallery page to see the wide selection of house designs they offer. Again, each modular house plan can be customized.
Our homes are truly built to a higher standard of energy efficiency.
